Jeremy Evans has over 15 years as a learning professional. Most recently, he led the learning and development function for Legrand North and Central America. In this role he coordinated, designed, developed, and delivered several programs including:
• Legrand Way of Managing (leadership teams for newly acquired businesses, based on the Five Behaviors)
• LEAP: Leaders Engaged in Accelerating Performance (first-time supervisors)
• Emerging Leaders’ Program (high potential employees)
He also administered an enterprise Learning Management System for over 6000 learners in the US, Canada, and across the globe.
Jeremy is uniquely talented in his ability to engage learners in the classroom in order to make learning fun and memorable. He holds an earnest and sincere desire for every learner to take something useful from his sessions.
Jeremy possesses a BA in Business Administration from Franklin University, and a Master of Science in Instructional Design and Performance Technology from Franklin University. He has held a number of certifications including Insights Discovery, Korn Ferry Assessment of Leadership Potential, Situational Leadership, Leading Organizational Transitions, and Infocomm’s CTS.
